MedSource Consultants knows a thing or two about helping medical professionals find satisfying and long-lasting careers in the ever-changing healthcare industry. Our team is also intimately familiar with the financial challenges associated with pursuing a graduate degree.
From a heavy workload to balancing studying with the rest of your life, college can be tough! That’s where we come in. In hopes of relieving some of these financial burdens, we’re pleased to partner with your MSN program to offer a $1,000 scholarship to a deserving individual.
Any current, full-time student at an ANCC or AANP accredited university or college is welcome to apply. There is no age nor specified major requirement.
1. Answer the following question in 300 words or less:
For many who enter the world of healthcare, the deep-seated desire to serve and heal is more than a responsibility. It is a passion - “a calling”. What inspired you to become a provider in your given specialty? Please be specific.
2. Include a cover letter with the following information:
- Full Name
-Updated CV / Resume
-Your school, major, and graduate completion date
-Your ID Number and address to the Financial Aid office where a check will be delivered
3. Submit your entry to [email protected].
The essay submission deadline is 12:00 midnight EST on December 31st.
One gift totaling $1,000 will be awarded annually for an individual pursuing a career as an Advanced Practitioner. When the winner is announced, the MedSource Consultants Education team will send a $1,000 scholarship to the institution of their choice. The scholarship will be sent directly to the institution’s financial aid office.
Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of independent judges. The winner will be announced on January 15th on the MedSource Consultants website and through a PR announcement. The winner will also be notified via email or phone.
The scholarship funds awarded are to be used for tuition and books only. Once awarded, a check will be written to the recipient’s enrolled school and credited for academic costs. The scholarship is non-renewable and recipients are only eligible to receive the scholarship once during their lifetime.
